A Gentle Beginning
Sound, Song, Stillness & the Voice Within
A Scared Gathering for the New Year
Saturday 16th January
10am - 4pm
Catisfield Memorial Hall, Fareham, Hampshire
Simply an opportunity to pause, connect and be
Begin the new year with ease, wrapped in angelic love, light & harmony
As we step into a new year, it can often feel like we need to be setting intentions and making plans for what comes next.
There are many who have no desire for this, so I am inviting you to consider what it would be like if January could be a time to simply pause.
To take a breath. Listen. Soften into stillness. And simply notice where we are. Right here. Right now. In the moment.

A Gentle Beginning is an invitation to start the year in a different way - not with pressure or expectation, but with space to simply be.
The experiences that will be included
Through the soothing vibrations of an angelic sound bath, the healing essence of meditation, moments of stillness, the connective power of song, and a creative activity to awaken your inner expression, you'll be gently guided into a sense of peace, presence and connection.

There is no need to arrive with resolutions, or a clear vision for the year.

You are simply invited to come as you are:
To rest.
To listen.
To breathe.
To sing (if you feel called to).
To be held in sound and stillness.
And to create a little space for whatever is ready to unfold - naturally.

It's my intention to create a sacred space to simply begin - with an open heart, a quieter mind, and a gentle connection to yourself.
Welcome just the way you are
No previous experience of meditation, connecting with angels, sound baths or singing is required.
Everything offered is a gentle invitation - with no expectation.

I look forward to welcoming you if you truly value the opportunity of nurturing your soul at the beginning of a new year, and stepping forward into whatever will be - softly.
What to bring with you
A notebook and pen.

Whatever you need to feel comfortable for the angelic sound bath. I suggest a mat to lie on (or a recliner chair), blankets, a pillow for underneath your head and possibly another one for underneath the backs of your knees. Chairs can be provided for those who prefer to sit up.

Refreshment and snacks will be provided, so please just bring what you would like for lunch, and favourite snacks of your choice.
